Commissions are for personal use only, NOT for commercial use!
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
Any rude behavior will result in an instant refusal.
Full payment upfront via PayPal invoice.
NO REFUND once the sketch is sent.
The commissioner has full consent to repost the piece to their social media, use as device wallpapers, set as their profile picture, etc. If posted online, credit through tags/@ mentions are required.
Maximum 3 big changes. If there's a need to do more, it will be charged 5 USD each.
I will be able to use the commission in any way i want including commission examples, art posts, and more, without stating the commissioner's information. Some exceptions can be made if discussed prior to this.
The finished piece will be sent only through Email.
In order to be able to commission suggestive/ mature content, you and the character(s) commissioned must be over the age of 18.
It is prohibited to use my art for any sort of AI and/or NFTs. In addition to it, you are not permitted to "complete" my unfinished work and post it as your own.
Unless mentioned by the client, i am allowed to post drafts and wips of a commission online (it might not happen much). If the client has an issue with this, they have to explicitly request that i do not show these images. An NDA fee may apply.

Tenés consentimiento para republicar la pieza en redes, usarla como fondo de pantalla, como foto de perfil, etc. Si se publica en línea, se requiere crédito mediante etiquetas o menciones "@".
Máximo 3 cambios importantes. Si es necesario realizar más, se cobrarán 5 USD por cada uno.
Podré usar la pieza como desee, incluyendo como ejemplos, publicaciones y más, sin necesidad de proporcionar la información del cliente. Se pueden hacer algunas excepciones si se acuerda previamente.
La pieza terminada se enviará únicamente por correo.
Para poder encargar contenido sugestivo/para adultos, tanto tú como el/los personaje(s) encargado(s) deben ser mayores de 18 años.
Está prohibido usar mi arte para cualquier tipo de IA o NFT. Además, no se permite "completar" mi trabajo y publicarlo como propio.
Salvo que el cliente lo indique, puedo publicar bocetos y trabajos en proceso de un encargo (es posible que no pase tan seguido). Si el cliente tiene algún problema con esto, debe solicitar explícitamente que no muestre estas imágenes. Podría aplicarse una tarifa de confidencialidad.

Process and how to commission me
GOOGLE FORM Fill out the Google form and press submit to place a commission. This form will include the type of commission, the details, an information page to add image references, descriptions, and extra information you'd like to give!
PAYMENT: After i approve your submission, i will DM you regarding the commission and go from there. I will go over any unclear information and additional questions i may have. I will then send an invoice through PayPal. The full payment must be sent for me to start the commission!
PROCESS: First, i will send you a rough sketch of the piece, check the picture carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.
Once you approve the rough sketch i will accept a maximum of 3 important changes (Such as a pose change, outfit addition or subtraction, background, or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture) after the 3rd change i have the right to decline any further changes or to charge an extra fee per change.
Then i will periodically send WIPs for revision and confirmation, i will proceed to move on after each WIP is approved.
When the piece is finished i can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details i may have forgotten. Any bigger changes will come with an extra fee.CONCLUSION: Once the piece is finished, i will DM you an image of it and ask if there are any minor adjustments you would like to make. After everything is approved, i will send you a png file of the final piece through Email!
Proceso y como comisionarme
FORMULARIO DE GOOGLE: Completa el formulario de Google y pulsa Enviar para enviar tu encargo. Este formulario incluirá el tipo de encargo, los detalles, una página de información para añadir referencias de imágenes, descripciones e información adicional que quieras aportar.
PAGO: Tras aprobar tu envío, te enviaré un MD con información sobre el encargo y seguiré a partir de ahí. Revisaré cualquier información que no esté clara y cualquier pregunta adicional que yo pueda tener. Después, te enviaré una factura por PayPal.
Se debe enviar el pago antes, para poder empezar la comisión!PROCESO: Primero, voy a enviar un boceto, revisa la imagen cuidadosamente y me vas a avisar si hay algo que deba cambiarse.
Una vez que apruebes el boceto, aceptaré un máximo de 3 cambios importantes (como un cambio de pose, añadir o quitar ropa, el fondo o cualquier cosa que me obligue a redibujar partes de la imagen). Después del tercer cambio, tengo derecho a rechazar cualquier cambio adicional o a cobrar una tarifa adicional por cambio.
Luego, enviaré periódicamente los trabajos en proceso para su revisión y confirmación, y seguiré adelante después de que cada uno sea aprobado. (normalmente suelo enviar un boceto para la revisión y después sigo hasta finalizar.)
Una vez terminada la comisión, puedo hacer pequeños cambios gratis, como ajustes de color o añadir pequeños detalles en caso de que haya olvidado algo. Cualquier cambio que sea grande tendrá un costo adicional.CONCLUSIÓN: Una vez terminada la comisión, te voy a enviar una imagen por MD y te voy a preguntar si hay algún pequeño ajuste que te gustaría hacer. Una vez que todo esté aprobado, te voy a enviar un archivo png de la comisión final por gmail!
